We believe that a good night's sleep is more important now than ever. The team at Nectar Sleep remains committed to your wellbeing throughout these difficult times. We continue to deliver all orders as quickly and safely as possible so you remain rested with one less worry.

Delivery Information

To give you peace of mind for a safe delivery, we are taking steps in line with government advice and have the following precautions in place.

  • We are still shipping orders. Our calendar will offer you the next available delivery date.
  • Standard Delivery, including No-Contact Delivery, remain free of charge
  • As a mattress is a heavy item, Standard Delivery orders are delivery into hallway by default, with No Contact Delivery available by choice (see below for more info)
  • Standard Delivery is low contact and delivery drivers are taking all prescribed safety precautions including increased social distancing and regular hand washing
  • All items remain boxed before delivery and are stored in clean, sterile conditions
  • Delivery is to UK Mainland addresses only

No-Contact Delivery

This is available for all orders by choice. To select this option, follow the steps below.

  • Complete your mattress purchase from our website as per normal
  • Our delivery partner will call you to confirm delivery approximately one hour before your delivery time. Simply request ‘Safe Place’ delivery and select ‘outside my front door’
  • You will be notified once the delivery has been made

Old Mattress Removal

  • We continue to offer removal of old mattresses via AnyJunk but with collection from outside of your property

Nectar arrives straight to your door. If you like, for a small fee, we can remove your old mattress at the same time. And if you don’t agree, we’ll take Nectar back (terms apply) and refund your full purchase.

Nectar provides you with a full year, 365 nights to enjoy Nectar and figure out if Nectar is right for you. If you decide for any reason that Nectar is not your ideal mattress, we’ll remove the mattress from your home and refund your payment 100%. Our trial is 3 times longer than any other we have seen. Fewer than 3% of Nectar sleepers return their Nectar.

Nectar will be the most comfortable mattress you ever owned if setup properly. Most foundations, bases, including slatted or divans work as well as an adjustable frame. We do not recommend placing your mattress on the floor, plastic base, or home-made foundation.

We currently have a partnership with Splitit. They allow you to utilise your existing line of credit and create an instalment repayment plan (more information). 

We currently offer 2 delivery options. First, a free service that will deliver your Nectar Mattress to your door. We also offer a premium delivery service, Delivery to a Room of Choice. This service costs £20 and you can select it during the checkout process. 

For both services, you will receive a tracking link the evening before your scheduled delivery, it will also confirm your 3 hour delivery window. 

You will be contacted by one of our Nectar Sleep Specialists if your delivery postcode falls outside of our 48 hour delivery areas to advise you of the delivery timeframe.

After sleeping on Nectar the words customers use in their 30 day feedback surveys are “love” or “need.” Nectar is contouring and supportive to help you get your best night’s sleep.
