Why Memory Foam

Many consumers describe the feel of a Memory Foam mattress as body hugging support, while cradling curves and joints.

Couples often prefer a Memory Foam mattress because it helps absorb motion, meaning that if one person moves or gets out of bed, the other will not feel the bounce and accidentally wake up.

Historically, Memory Foam mattresses would sleep hot, but thankfully modern gel cooling foams make it possible for them to sleep just as cool as a Hybrid.

In a nutshell, Hybrid mattresses are known for their firm support; making them a top choice for back sleepers. The mix of memory foam layers and inner coils feels like you're sleeping on top of the mattress rather than sinking into it.

The coils create more bounce than traditional Memory Foam; this rebound naturally reduces pressure point relief, so side sleepers may find these bed types too firm.

With bounce comes more motion transfer as you adjust throughout the night - those that toss and turn naturally may be more likely to disturb their partner when sleeping on a Hybrid.

Is it comfortable?

Never had memory foam mattress before but have back problems and had been told they were good. This mattress is sooo comfortable. The only negative is trying to get out of bed early for work!

Great mattress. I found this much more comfortable than the new Simba Hybrid. Prefer the softness of Nectar as opposed to the firmness of Simba Hybrid.

Does it support you?

Nectar we works for us, the mattress is perfect for us as, we tried other leading mattresses eg Emma but did not find them comfortable with the expected back support.

Having extensively researched the manic mattress market, I came to choose Nectar based (amongst other factors) on customer reviews, price & UK manufacture. I'm now addicted to my bed (more than ever!) & look forward to the sheer comfort that awaits at my day's end! Being a side sleeper, the mattress offers great support on the firmer side which suits me perfectly. Their sheets I purchased I describe as sleeping in "butter", so soft & smooth! I Would highly recommend Nectar products to anyone looking for a mattress upgrade.

Why would anyone ever go back to the old way of buying a mattress when companies like this do all the work for you. Easy, fast and safe. And with the trial period, no problem if in the unlikely event that you don't love your new mattress. Highly recommended...now I'm off for a snooze!

I'd been struggling with back ache and had put it down to our mattress, so we decided to go for a Nectar. The 365 night trial period sold it to us and we got it for a good price on a black friday deal. After 5 months, we're very happy we made the switch. What’s the service like?

Excellent service from Nectar Sleep from first considering the purchase of the mattress, through to delivery, and then on to the most important part of useage, ie comfort and sleep. My wife and I both consider that the mattress is so comfortable, and agree that it was a great decision that we made when deciding to make the purchase, and very much so in choosing Nectar Sleep.
