"DO NOT BUY After 4 years and regular rotation there is significant sagging/ dipping in our mattress. We contacted nectar to claim against the "life time warranty" and we're told that the dipping of 3cm in certain areas is within tolerance. This mattress now offers 0 support and we are both waking up in agony every morning. For context we are both in our early 30s with no history of back pain, we are also both an average healthy weight so it is not like the mattress has been under a lot of stress. I would not recommend this mattress or nectar as a brand."

"It was a really good mattress for just over a year. No support for you no matter how you sleep. Dips in the middle and uncomfortable"
"Do not purchase. After just a year of having the mattress a dip appeared. Now a couple years later the dip is so deep my partner and I can't sleep in the same bed as it tips us both into the dip. Multiple engineer visits say it's within tolerance of what the company deems as acceptable. What this means is how far it bounces back up when no weight it applied, they do not care how deep the dip goes when pressure is applied. For reference my 7 month old son who can crawl, sit up and pull himself up on furniture can't move at all as it sinks so much with just his weight. The engineer has agreed with me that it's really bad and probably awful to sleep on but nothing can be done until it gets even worse. I now can't lay on the bed properly and have to sleep on a weird angle with my legs off the bed as it's so hard to get comfortable and I've been waking up with a bad back for a long time now. You are promised a lifetime guarantee, which is absolutely rubbish."
"We bought a Nectar mattress in June 2022 for £679, after a discount of £339 (Order #NUK106271). Because it was quite an expensive purchase, we expected a high‑quality mattress. However, within the first year—still inside the return period—the mattress started to settle unevenly. We followed all the instructions, including rotating it every 15 days, but the problem continued. We contacted customer service to return it. Instead of helping us, they persuaded us to keep it by offering a discount and a “lifetime warranty,” saying the mattress just needed more time to settle. Unfortunately, we trusted them and withdrew our return request. That was a big mistake. After another eight months, the mattress was still uneven. We contacted Nectar again, and they arranged an inspection by Emmiera Group Ltd. The engineer arrived with two 100g weights and a piece of string to test the mattress. We were shocked—how can 100g represent a real person who weighs over 50kg? Unsurprisingly, the engineer reported that “nothing is wrong” and that the mattress was “still settling,” even after 2. 5 years. Emmiera Group Ltd claim to be independent, but they clearly work for Nectar. Their assessments always favour Nectar. Six months later, we requested another inspection because the mattress had become even worse. The same company came with the same equipment and gave the same conclusion. I even asked the engineer to stand on both sides of the mattress. On the good side, he could stand easily. On the dipped side, he struggled to keep his balance. I pointed this out, and he admitted he understood, but said his equipment and training required him to say the mattress was fine. Nectar still refused to replace it. It has now been four and a half years, and the mattress is still “settling,” according to them. In reality, it is extremely uneven and uncomfortable. To customers: Please be careful when buying a mattress from Nectar. They will sell you a poor‑quality product and then make it very difficult to return it. Emmiera Group Ltd are not truly independent—they always side with Nectar. If you decide to return your mattress, do it immediately and do not let them talk you out of it. If Nectar finally resolves my issue by replacing or refunding the mattress, I will update this review. If not, it shows they do not care about their customers. In my experience, it feels like a trap."
"Purchased our Super King memory foam mattress 51 months ago. It was fine for the first 3. 5 years other than retaining a lot of heat. Over the past few months it has become increasingly uncomfortable due to sagging. We are not excessively heavy people at less than 85kg each and we have followed the instructions on mattress rotation (not turning over). The mattress is covered by a “forever warranty” and today the Technician came and inspected the mattress for our warranty claim. He measured several parameters and declined our claim as he said our mattress had settled 1. 5cm but the industry limit for the age of our mattress was 4. 5cm so the warranty claim will be refused. This was not unexpected. I am very disappointed with this product. It has sagged so badly that we can no longer get eleasticated bottom sheets to stay on the mattress. The mattress is so uncomfortable now that we will be purchasing a new pocket spring traditional mattress following the advice of the technician who stated that he sees the most warranty claims with foam and hybrid mattresses. I would have reasonably expected this mattress to last 10 years yet at just 51 months it needs to be replaced which I find unacceptable and very poor value for money. I would not recommend this product."
