Well we originally were looking at Emma as they were advertising a lot. But what a bunch of wallies they are. Their customer service is non existent there is no way one can speak to a human. So we found Nectar and everything was great from customer service to delivery. Plus the mattress is supper comfy. Best mattress we have ever had. So they come highly recommended
Bought this Nectar mattress in place of the Emma we unfortunately had to return after one week. This is far more suitable to myself and my partner. The Emma was far too firm. Although this mattress is medium in firmness it has a softer, comfier top. Obviously mattresses aren’t one suits all so it can be difficult finding the right one but we are very happy with out purchase and it was cheaper too.
Very happy was between Emma and Nectar chose Nectar lifetime guarantee and 365 night trial honestly had lower back pain for last year or so wasn’t sure if it was previous mattress or something worse so bought new mattress and seriously within a week no more pain also really cool and very comfy so far so good smith fast easy purchase
Firmer than the Emma mattress but works really well for me. It is comfortable and great for motion transfer, i.e. it doesnt sink/move/bounce when someone sits on the other side, or if your partner gets up from their side of the mattress. Also I just think it is better value for money than some of the other brands out there. I bought the bundle that included all the bedding and saved a lot of money! Thanks Nectar!
Ordered a Nectar mattress after first buying and Emma mattress and returning as it was too soft. At first there was a month wait for delivery which was fine, however Nectar contacted me the week after ordering to say they were able to deliver earlier and I had my mattress by the end of the week. Great service, no complaints.
I originally wanted to buy a Simba or Emma, but upon inquiring, they said they only deliver to the door. Since the mattress is very heavy, two man delivery was really important. Hopefully this will help someone decide. I'm happy with the mattress, but I am sure I would be happy with the other ones as well as they are all well rated. It is on the firmer side, but the comfort level is great and the motion transfer is lower than with hybrid mattresses.
