2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who are new Nectar subscribers.

  • A “new” subscriber is defined as someone who:

  • Has not previously purchased from Nectar Sleep, and

  • Is not currently subscribed to Nectar Sleep marketing emails.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed.

  • Employees of Nectar Sleep (Resident UK Ltd), their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the official entry form available exclusively through Nectar Sleep's Facebook or Instagram ads during the giveaway period.

No other method of entry will be accepted.

A valid email address must be submitted through the form to qualify.

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Nectar Sleep.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on 2nd July 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM BST on 2nd August 2025.
Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

5. Prizes

  • 1st Prize: Nectar Voucher worth £1000

  • 2nd Prize: Nectar Voucher worth £500

  • 3rd Prize: Nectar Voucher worth £250

6. Prize Conditions

  • Only one prize per household.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the email address subscribed to our mailing list at the time of the draw.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used as a refund or credit on orders placed before the giveaway.

  • Vouchers are valid for Nectar products only, subject to availability and standard terms of sale.

  • If a winner purchased a Nectar mattress between 1st July and 31st July 2025, they will receive a refund equal to the value of their prize, up to a maximum of £1000, issued to the original payment method.

  • This refund applies only to mattress purchases made during the giveaway period.

7. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected at random and notified via email within 7 days of the closing date.

  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.

8. General Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this giveaway at any time without notice.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy.

  • By entering, participants consent to receive marketing emails from Nectar Sleep.
  • Personal information will be used solely for the administration of this competition and handled in accordance with our privacy practices.
