Brits spend more time scrolling through social media in bed than having sex

It should come as no surprise to anyone that the thing British people spend most time doing in bed is sleeping.
That’s the sole purpose of a bed, right? A place to rest your head.
But after sleep, the other pursuits people get up to in bed across an average week might come as a shock.
This is because the second most common activity is not sex as some may think – it’s actually work, with people spending a whopping 11.2 hours a week working while propped up against their pillows.
These are the findings of a new study by Nectar Sleep, which polled 2,133 Britons between August and September 2018.
